Professor, Technology & Operations Management

Professor Jay Rao teaches extensively in the Babson Executive Education programs. His executive teaching, consulting, and research publications are in the areas of innovation, strategy, corporate entrepreneurship, and customer experience innovation. He is the author of “The Discipline & Culture of Innovation”.

He has taught in executive programs for Novartis, ASSA ABLOY Americas, Fresenius Medical Care, Pernod Ricard USA, Covidien, BAE Systems, the U.S. Navy, SABIC, Citizens Bank, Merck, Masco Corp., Scottish Enterprise, Innovation Norway, North Atlantic Capital, EMC, GlaxoSmithKline, and others.

He was a member of the Innovation Advisory Board at Ocean Spray (USA) from 2010–2015. He currently sits on the Innovation Advisory Board of Bancolombia (Colombia), and on the Flavor Advisory Board of Firmenich (Switzerland). He also has a family-business background, and sits on the board of Hymamshu (India).

Founder of DícereGlobal

Fran Chuan is the founder of DícereGlobal, a consultancy specializing in innovation and people. He is passionate about the innovative talent of the persons and has been more than ten years investigating and developing methodology for the implementation of the Innovation in the organizations.

He is collaborator at Babson College (Boston), IE Business School, IESE Business School and UIMP Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo, and co-author of “Innovation 2.0“ and “The Discipline & Culture of Innovation”, together with Prof. Jay Rao.

Prior to this, he collaborated, nationally and internationally, in companies like Pyrénées Group, Bertelsmann Group, Spain and Portugal SAP, SAP Mexico, Spain CSC, ALTOS COMPUTERS (Germany, USA, Sweden), among others.

Our mission

InnoQuotient holds the exclusive and perpetual exploitation rights of the Innovation Culture Assessment owned and created by Jay Rao. The questionnaire is unique in the world, academically based and statistically validated.

The assessment is the first step to start an organizational transformation process based on innovation. It is complemented by the Innovation Maturity model of professor Josep Vilà from IESE, with whom we collaborate assiduously.

InnoQuotient has developed a scalable SAAS Cloud Platform. The Back end is developed in Java (Oracle) and the Front end in Angular (Google). The database is in Postgres SQL.

The platform is constantly improving, adding new characteristics and functionalities quarterly. Currently, InnoQuotient is integrating new  assessments related to culture of organizations.

We also lead customized projects.

We are open to integrating third-parties questionnaires in our platform or offering our technology to automate those of other organizations with their own brand.
